(A) The CD8 dependence of M285-293-specific cells was determined by ELISPOT analysis. On d7 or d12 postinfection with WT rSV5, isolated lung cells were analyzed for IFN-γ production by ELISPOT analysis. Cells were stimulated with P815 cells pulsed with 1 μM peptide in the presence (gray bars) or absence (black bars) of saturating anti-CD8 antibody. These data represent the averages of the results of three experiments. (B) Lung cells were isolated from SV5-infected mice at d7 or d12 postinfection and stimulated with titrated concentrations of M285-293 peptide antigen.
