^aAdult BALB/c mice were infected with SV5, and lung lymphocytes were analyzed directly ex vivo at d7, d12, or d40 postinfection. Antigen-specific T cells were identified by the ability to bind L^d-M_285-293 tetramer. Cells were costained for CD8 and the other indicated markers. The expression level of each marker is shown as the average of the results of three separate experiments with standard error.
