Each inoculum contained a mixture of WT RNA1 and RNA2 transcripts and desired WT or mutant RNA3 transcript adjusted to a concentration of 150 μg/ml.

In each case, few local lesions that are hard to visualize appeared 3 to 4 weeks post-inoculation.
