Binary logistic regression examined the association between plasma tau levels and intermediate to high Alzheimer’s disease neuropathologic change (per NIA-Reagan criteria). Models controlled for age at death, years between last blood draw and death, sex, and APOE ε4 carrier status. The AUC statistics were calculated using predicted probabilities from the binary logistic regression. Biomarkers are presented in rank order of their AUC statistic
