Assessment of antimicrobial efficacy in reducing larval colonization by Kp strains such as ATCC 700603 (a), Kp 14520 (b) and Kp 419614 (c). After colonization, the larvae were one-time force-fed with 107 PFU/larvae bacteriophage cocktail and MIC-based antibiotics and incubated for 24 h. CFU counts were evaluated after incubation. The experiment was repeated twice with 3 larvae per group (n = 6). The statistical significance of the differences was determined using the Kruskal‒Wallis test (the results are shown in Table S1). The outliers were removed using the ROUT test (Q = 1%). The boxes represent the 90th to 10th percentiles, the line represents the median, and + represents the mean.
