The effect of LPS-induced inflammation on P2ry2 expression in murine lungs. Animals received vehicle and LPS and 24 hours after LPS i.t. instillation mice exhibited an elevated mRNA expression of P2ry2 mRNA (A) in BALF neutrophils, (B) BALF macrophages and (C) total lung tissue as determined by qRT-PCR.
