Effect of oral CM extract administration on the relative mRNA and protein expression of TRPV1 in mice treated with paclitaxel. CM extract (250 mg/kg) was administered to female BALB/c mice for 10 days (5 days before paclitaxel injection and 5 days during paclitaxel injection). At day 7 post-paclitaxel injection, the spinal cord was dissected, and the relative expression of Trpv1 mRNA (A) and protein expression of TRPV1 (B) of the mice were measured.
