The clinical and a blinded manual bone age rating is estimated on patients with genetically-confirmed disorders (i.e. excluding intrauterine growth retardation and  non-diagnosed cases) within the German Dysplastic Bone Databse (GDBD). n refers to the number of images within the GDBD for which the interpolation residuals could be estimated.
