Heatmaps showing the relations in the levels of transcripts of the genes encoding lipases with the predicted vacuolar localization (Table 1) in the white lupin (a) and Andean lupin (b) embryonic axes cultured in vitro for 96 h on a medium with 60 mM of sucrose (+S) or without sugar (−S). The media were enriched with 35 mM of asparagine (+Asn). The asterisks and red fonts indicate the gene transcripts with close phylogenetic relations and amino acid sequence similarities to the Atg15 yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) (Figure 1). The data represent the averages obtained from three independent experiments. The transcriptomics data selected for the preparation of this figure are presented in Table S3.
