Gray matter volume‐based structural patterns comparison between 22q11DS individuals with and without psychosis. Only one structural brain pattern (SBP), occipital, showed higher loading scores (i.e., higher gray matter volume [GMV] in this SBP) in 22q11DS individuals with psychosis than those without psychosis (p < .05, uncorrected). Bottom panel shows results adjusted for intelligence quotient (IQ). Positive Hedges' g effect size value indicates 22q11DS individuals with psychosis have higher loadings than those without psychosis.
