Caco-2 cell soluble proteins (200 μg) was incubated with 5 μg rTsTryp at 37°C for 12 h, and GAPDH as a loading control. Expression levels of ZO-1, E-cad, occludin and claudin-1 relative to GAPDH were analyzed by gray-level analysis. Each group had triplicate. *P < 0.01 relative to the PBS group.
