The dashed horizontal line indicates the MIC of reference strain H37Rv. Non-discrepant isolates are also shown as a control. MICs are colour coded depending on whether they are more similar to those of the resistant control isolates or to those of the susceptible controls. Resistance-conferring mutations or most plausible resistance-associated mutations are indicated for each isolate, if present. MIC=minimum inhibitory concentration.
