The table reports complete logistic regression models for prediction of survival in the indicated patient groups. Independent variables initially considered were those reported in Table 1 and titer values of all four investigated anti-Candida antibodies. Model variables were selected using the “backward” algorithm, with cut-off for model inclusion at P < 0.1. OR, odds ratio; 95% Cl, 95% confidence limits; AUC, area under curve; ni, not included in the final model (P > 0.1). Anti-Hyr1 and anti-Eno1 IgG showed no association to survival (P > 0.1) in all patient groups and are not mentioned in the table. * The asterisks indicate P < 0.05.
