Gram staining, analysis of colony shape, and qualitative assessment of PGP (plant growth promoting) activities were conducted on all 16 strains that were isolated from the high fluoride region of Rajasthan (27° 48′22.0″N, 75° 02′ 34.4″E). ⁺Moderate level of PGP activity; ⁺⁺High level of PGP activity.
