TABLE 2.

Induction of LM pathways in innate immune cells by BSR. M1- and M2-MDMs (106) neutrophils (5 × 106), and platelets (5 × 108) were pre-incubated with 50 μg/mL BSR or vehicle (0.2% ethanol) for 180 min at 37°C. Formed LM were isolated from the supernatants and analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS and are given in pg (PUFAs in ng) per 106 M1- and M2-MDMs, 5 × 106 neutrophils, and 5 × 107 platelets, n = 3.
