Figure 1 shows participants who responded being “dependent” in each ADL item measured by NACC‐FAS by AD stages at initial visit (i.e., MCI due to AD, mild, moderate, and severe AD dementia). The y axis shows each of the NACC‐FAS items. The x axis is the percent of participants who responded “dependent” to each of the item in the NACC‐FAS. Higher NACC‐FAS score indicates more impaired AD.
