Levels of P. brasiliensis-specific antibodies in sera of resistant (A/Sn) and susceptible (B10.A) mice at 4 weeks after i.t. infection with 106 yeast cells. Infected mice were untreated (□), treated with normal rat IgG (▨), or treated with rat anti-mouse IFN-γ MAb (▪). Sera were assayed for total Ig, IgM, IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgG3 by using an isotype-specific ELISA as detailed in Materials and Methods.
