R1881 was added to cells to a final concentration of 4 nM and GP activities were determined in the absence of AMP, which reflects the activities of the levels of activated GP. The in vitro enzyme activity for each sample was followed over a time period of 5 min. The activities are expressed in nMol/min/mg protein.
