qRT-PCR analysis of gene expression. Stromal stem cells isolated from 23-month-old female mice were treated without or with 5 µM GW9662 for 48 hours and harvested for total RNA isolation. The mRNA levels of indicated genes were analyzed. Data are shown as mean ± SD from 2–3 independent experiments.
