Male, 56 years old. A SN with a mean diameter of 11.0 mm could be seen in the upper lobe of right lung (A, red arrows), and calcification (B, red arrowheads)and little fat component (B, white arrowheads) could be seen in its center at mediastinal window. Its score of Lung-RADS and PNI-GARS were 1 and 0, respectively. The final pathological diagnosis (C, HE×100) was pulmonary hamartoma
