Multiple-dose pharmacokinetic profile of divarasib was obtained on either C1D8 or C2D1 from blood samples collected over an 8 hour period following administration of divarasib 400 mg QD (n = 76 patients)¹ or divarasib 400 mg QD plus 250 mg/m² of cetuximab QW (n = 21 patients). Time (hr) is shown as nominal time and the error bars represent standard deviation around the mean divarasib plasma concentration (ng/mL) measured at each time point during the 8 hour post-dose interval.
