The inflection points correspond to melting temperatures of Tm = 71.2 ± 0.2°C (POPC), Tm1 = 70.5 ± 0.3°C and Tm2 = 77.5 ± 0.1°C (DMPC/DMPG), and Tm = 82.9 ± 0.5°C (EPL). All samples were run in triplicate and the average is plotted.
