IEM101(pTETnir15) persistence in vivo. BALB/c mice received intranasally 108 CFU of IEM101(pTETnir15) (dose indicated by arrow on y axis); the presence of bacteria in the mouse trachea was assessed after 2, 24, and 72 h, with three animals sacrificed per time point.
