Effect of rutin on the regulation of STAT3 protein expression in GBM cells. GL15 cells were subjected to rutin treatment at a concentration of 30 µM (R30) or maintained under control conditions (0.03% DMSO), and STAT3 protein expression was evaluated by Western blot after 24 h.
