Sirt6 overexpression downregulates Sirt1 in gastric cancer. (A) Sirt6 overexpression induced via Ad-Sirt6 transfection downregulated Sirt1 expression in gastric cancer, whereas it had no effect on HPSECs. (B) Sirt6 knockdown induced via shSirt6 upregulated Sirt1. (C) Sirt6 expression was predominantly detected in the nucleus rather than in the cytosol.
