This cat (shown also in [d]) was managed initially with oral antibiotics and a 3 day course of anti-inflammatory corticosteroids. One week after initial imaging, CT was repeated for surgical planning of ventral bulla osteotomy and showed apparent resolution of the intracranial abscess with medical treatment
