Humoral response induced by the AZD1222 vaccine. Antibody levels induced by one or two AZD1222 doses (dose = 4 × 109 viral particles per mouse in 40 µL) in female C57Bl/6 J mice (n = 10) were measured monthly for 5 months after the last immunization. Antibodies were measured using Wuhan (A) or delta (B) RBD antigen in ELISA. Asterisks indicate significant differences when mice received two vaccine doses (C).
