A total of 79 specific lipids were above the threshold (|FC| > 1 and p < 0.05), log2(FC) < 0 indicates decreased lipids in fatostatin-treated HTM cells, whereas log2(FC) > 0 indicates increased lipids in fatostatin-treated HTM cells.
