Peritoneal cells were obtained from mice and plated at 106 per well in a 96-well plate. After nonadherent cells were washed, murine recombinant IFN-γ (5 U/ml) and TNF-α (500 U/ml) were added. Supernatant was collected after 48 h, and the nitrite concentration was measured by the Griess assay.
