The resorbed area was restored with glass ionomer cement. (C) Pulp necrosis developed and root canal treatments were completed four months after the surgery. (D) ECR recurred on the proximal surfaces of tooth 24 one year after the surgery. (E) ECR seemed to be initiating on the proximal surfaces of teeth 14 and 15 (white arrows) during the follow up period of teeth 24 and 25. (F) The resorption became obvious within one year.
