The cryoablation plus cowpea mosaic virus–treated (Cryo + CPMV) group significantly retarded untreated tumor growth. The fold change in untreated tumor volumes at 2 weeks compared with the baseline demonstrated growth suppression of the untreated tumor in the Cryo + CPMV group (red) compared with that in the control group (black) (9.2 ± 0.9 vs 17.8 ± 2.1, P = .01); the single-arm groups trended toward growth retardation without meeting statistical significance. Time course data were analyzed using repeated-measures 2-way analysis of variance, and tumor size at 2 weeks was analyzed using 1-way analysis of variance with the Tukey post hoc test.
