The culture supernatants were collected and analyzed for the presence of IL-8 by ELISA. (B) Confluent CD14^high HGF (donor MH) were stimulated with 10 ng of LPS per ml in the absence or presence of isotype control mouse IgG2b (1:100) or anti-CD14 MAb MY4 (1:100 and 1:1,000) for 24 h.
