For each child associated with the study key endpoints highlighted, including if the sample is prior to (x) or after (o) IA, the point of IA (●), the age of T1D diagnosis (■), and the single sample used for the machine learning (ML) analysis (□). Plot is separated into (A) 40 control samples, (B) 47 pre-IA samples, of which 24 were not diagnosed with T1D during the study and 23 were, and 46 of these 47 also had post-IA measurements, (C) 38 post-IA samples who were not diagnosed with T1D during the study, and (D) 47 post-IA samples who were diagnosed with T1D during the study. Table 1 gives specific demographic information on gender, HLA, and first-degree status of the three key groups.
