Each bar represents the number of patients from whom bacteria were isolated, including patients visiting (a) clinics, (b) outpatient settings in hospitals, and (c) inpatient settings in hospitals. The number of patients was counted without duplicates as mentioned in the Materials and methods section. Each differently coloured portion indicates one of the five isolated bacteria: E. coli, CoNS, S. epidermidis, K. pneumoniae, S. aureus and others.
