1	One dermal tumour with no spread to regional lymph nodes (RLN)
2	One dermal tumour with spread to RLN
3	Multiple dermal tumours; large infiltrating tumours±RLN involvement
4	Any tumour with distant metastasis or recurrence with metastasis
