Graphical abstract of the study. We developed a method of multiparametric signal analysis of cilia beating on air–liquid interface primary cultures of nasal epithelial cells from patients with CF. The combined study of the frequency, synchronization, orientation, and quantity of cilia beating as well as of the ASL height and secreted mucins allowed to describe a cilia dyskinesia in CF that can be corrected by the specialized proresolving lipid mediators, resolvin E1.
