Increased proliferation and activation of lymphocytes boost tumor killing capability. (A) The lymphocytes were stimulated by supernatants from transfected tumor cells and analyzed by CCK-8. (B) The supernatants from stimulated lymphocytes were used to incubate ID8 cells for 48 h, and then the cell viability of ID8 cells was measured by CCK-8. The secretion levels of TNF-α (C) and IFN-γ (D) from lymphocytes were measured by ELISA. (E) The tumor cells besieged by lymphocytes were observed under a light microscope.
