Multi-faceted data obtained from various technologies regarding tsRNA sequence/fragmentation pattern, site-specific RNA modifications, RNA structures, tsRNA binding proteins and subcellular compartmentalization would enable future high-dimensional analyses with the advancement of deep learning algorism, leading to better understand of the fundamental modes of tsRNA action, and thus their biological roles in specific contexts.
