Effects of Maharishi Amrit Kalash 5 (MAK5) on nitric oxide (NO2- )production of peritoneal macrophages stimulated by LPS in mice. Macrophages from control (old and young) and MAK5 treated mice were incubated with LPS (10 μg/ml) for 24 h. The accumulation of NO2- in culture supernatants was measured by Griess reagent as described in METHOD.
