RGAE treatment caused NPD hyper-polarization with UTP (control = −5.96 +/− 2.3 mV, RGAE = −12.51 +/− 1.04 mV, p <0.05; unpaired t test), indicating potentiation of UTP-mediated Cl secretion through TMEM16A.
