Psychometric Effect Measured by Reaction Time. The reaction time was expressed as the mean of all volunteers (n = 10) when a steady serum concentration of the treatment drug had been achieved. These values are standardised by the threshold value at baseline in order to illustrate the difference in profiles between each treatment arm.
