The separated six MPG directions and 76 slices of the synthetic DTI of the test dataset are 4-dimensionally concatenated as one synthetic DTI data. From the original and synthetic DTI, original and synthetic FA map, MD map, AD map, RD map, and color-coded map are generated. ROIs of the LN, thalamus, PLIC, PTR, and SCC are applied to the maps.
