Annotation: The mechanism of distant metastasis in malignant tumors: Firstiy, the enhancement of cell invasiveness, enabling tumor cells to invade surrounding tissues and the vascular system. Subsequently, tumor cells infiltrate the vascular system and surrounding tissues. Immune escape and anti-apoptosis mechanisms within the vasculature while reducing their loss. Finally, host organ microenvironments facilitate tumor cell colonization.
