Identification of candidate diagnostic genes. (A,B) LASSO regression analysis was performed to filter the 17 pyroptosis-related genes. The dotted vertical lines show the optimal value through lambda.min and lambda.1se. Nine genes and their coefficients were selected based on the lambda.1se for further analysis.
