IFN-γ per million human NK and T cells when they were co-cultured with OCs and sAJ2 probiotic bacteria. Cells were cultured as described in Figure 2. Cells were counted and, the supernatants were harvested on days 6, 9, and 12 from the co-cultures to determine the IFN-γ secretion level using single ELISA. The IFN-γ secretion level was determined per million cells (n = 3) (A).
