The significance was calculated using ANOVA with subsequent post-hoc analysis of contrasts. The results are presented as mean ± SD. In the case of MIP-1α and TGF-α, the significance was calculated using the Kruskal–Wallis test with the post-hoc Wilcoxon test due to the lack of normal distribution of variables.
