Overview of image-processing pipeline to calculate tumor locations relative to spleen from [18F]FDG PET/CT images. Deep learning–based whole-body segmentation was used to segment spleen from CT images. From overlapped tumor and spleen segmentations, we extracted whole-body radiomic features, including TMTV and Dspleen. Extracted radiomic features were used to predict OS and PFS.
