BKMR models were fit with 200,000 iterations and 50 knots accounting for educational attainment, age, diet quality, pre-pregnancy body mass index, perceived stress in early pregnancy, lifetime smoking status, parity, race/ethnicity, gestational age at plasma hormone assessment. Data are presented as effect estimates and 95% credible intervals which are interpreted as the association between the mixture at each quantile and gestational hormone compared to when all co-exposures are fixed at the median. Estimate and interval color signifies analytic sample (all women: black; women carrying females: pink; women carrying males: blue).
