Expression of I-Ad/I-Ed molecules on F4/80+ or CD11b+ spleen cells from normal uninfected mice and from infected mice treated with NRG or anti-IL-12 antibodies

F4/80+ or CD11b+ cells were gated by using FL1. The results are expressed as the geometric means of fluorescence intensity (FL2). The data represent the means ± standard deviations of three similar experiments. The geometric mean of fluorescence intensity when staining with the conjugated isotype control antibodies was less than 10 for all three groups of mice.
