*Adverse maternal outcome means haemorrhage, hysterectomy and maternal admission to ICU
*Adverse fetal outcome means low Apgar score at 5 min of ≤ 7, need for neonatal resuscitation, admission to NICU, Fresh still birth and Early neonatal death and undischarged at the time of data collection
*Good maternal outcome means no complication was noted after emergency Caesarean section
*Good fetal outcome means Apgar score at 5 min of ≥ 7, no or minimal neonatal resuscitation and no admission to NICU.
